Provide the theoretical and practical content necessary to reinforce the leadership of 30 LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex) people from the Dominican Republic. Provide these people with the appropriate tools to advance the equality agenda, through participation in the democratic process; interaction with the country's political institutions and inclusion in electoral processes.
