Since its creation on April 29, 2011, Lam Echaml has been committed to designing and setting up projects that strengthen the capacities of associations that are members of its network. It also works for the promotion of citizenship in the different regions of Tunisia through actions that make the citizen actor in the city.
It has thus become a space for information and training in human rights, civic education and citizenship, and a place for cultural exchange.

Lam Echaml is a grouping of civil society associations and as many independent citizens joining forces to create a strong, open and effective movement to advance all together in the construction of a modern, republican and democratic Tunisia.
